LakeHouse Grill
About This Spot
Pulling off the main road in Clarksville, LakeHouse Grill feels like slipping into a well-loved neighborhood retreat where the pace slows just enough to savor the moment. The modest building sits comfortably by the water’s edge, its outdoor patio inviting you to settle in with a warm breeze and the gentle sounds of the lake nearby. There’s an easygoing rhythm here — the kind that encourages conversations to flow and makes a meal feel like more than just food on a plate.
Inside, the atmosphere is unpretentious yet welcoming, touched by the friendliness of a family-run spot where familiar faces are as much a part of the charm as the menu. The staff move with genuine care, attentive without rush, creating a space where guests feel seen and at ease. Whether you’re dining in or picking up a carry-out, that comforting sense of connection follows you along.
The kitchen crafts meals that echo the community’s soul — straightforward, hearty, and satisfying without fuss. Plates arrive layered with honest flavors, from the crispy warmth of boneless wings to the comforting pull of a perfectly browned dough roll. There’s a welcome balance between classic comfort and thoughtful twists, with dishes like a fresh taco salad or a bacon cheeseburger that invite diners to linger just a little longer. Meals here aren’t just eaten — they’re enjoyed with the kind of quiet contentment that comes from good company and a welcoming setting.
LakeHouse Grill is more than a stop along the road; it’s a place where afternoons stretch into easy conversation, and new seating is added not for show but to welcome more friends who discover this lakeside gem. It holds space for simple pleasures — a satisfying breakfast away from the usual, a casual dinner with flavors that stick with you, and an outdoor spot that reminds you why slowing down feels good. Here, the everyday feels a little brighter, and the lake views gently underline that this is a place worth returning to.

Located just off 22 and 3, and always improving is this little gem. We had been several times and each time they add new seating, take credit and offer more selection. The people are always the best, super friendly and attentive. Tonight was a delicious flat bread. All the flavors are there, I do wish the bread was a tad thinner, maybe some chopped onion but really tastey and filling. Street tacos were good bit I really was craving the hot sauce. Corn dogs for the kids were a huge hit, pizza sauce is a bit on the sour side. Would and will definitely go back.

Have passed this place a ton and finally stopped in. Should have stopped sooner! Had the mushroom swish burger and it was awesome! My son enjoyed the corn dog and Mac and cheese. Will definitely come again

Happened upon this lake view diner taking the scenic route home and what an unexpected find! The family owned and operated diner served up delicious food with friendly service and a great outdoor patio and scenic view. Overall such a fun and satisfying experience, we will be back!

Forget Bob Evan’s for a good satisfying breakfast. The food is fresh and flavorful! Plenty to enjoy or take home for later. Service was excellent. I’ll not be going anywhere else when I’m looking for a good meal with excellent service and quality.

Ive ordered multiple items from this place for carry out and also dinned in twice. The food is shockingly good. Ive ordered the spicy falcon burger, chicken and veggies, 3 tacos, burito barzon and everything has been excellent. Even when I order carry out the girls behind the bar are super nice and help me get my order even if they are busy. Definitely recommend eating here.

Stopped in for the first time on our way out of town. Heard some whispers on the blabber book about it. Here was my chance to find out firsthand and boy was I glad I did. One of the best burgers I’ve ever ordered! Ordered the basic burger that comes with fries, veggies or salad. I opted for the salad on this 94 degree day, lol. And, WOW, what a meal. Fresh salad with onions cucumber tomato and cheese. Was looking for a nap after that meal. Noisy, busy atmosphere with prepared servers. I plan to go back for sure.

Stumbled on this hidden gem out in the country but not far from the beaten path and worth the scenic ride home. Just minutes from 71, located in Clarksville, the idyllic and serene setting and the lake is what drew us in, but the great food and stellar service is why we will be back! We met a few members of this family owned and operated establishment and were impressed with their team work can do attitude, one manager commenting on cutting the large property’s grass and taking pride in his stripes, which added to the curb appeal that drew us in. Relatively new (but clearly experienced) owners working to rebrand, maintain and add to their clientele. We entered as strangers and because of the friendly staff, great food and friendly staff, will drive the extra mile to become regulars. Live music on Saturdays as weather permits and a laid back “out in the country” setting with a beautiful view of the sunset. We had (and highly recommend) the house nachos deluxe and special fajitas!! Don’t get me started on how reasonable the prices were! If you’re looking for something different or just in the area, show this place some love.

Ribeye was perfectly grilled, chipotle shrimp dish was excellent, burgers, pizza, fish and kids’ corn dogs all great. Good food, good prices, clean and family friendly environment.
